A Digital disruption & transformation leader
Entrepreneur, startup mentor, innovator, author, international speaker, father of Cayetano, Borja and Arantxa, and Maria’s husband. I'm a senior executive with almost two decades of experience across America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Today I’m the CEO at Raven, a Virtus company.
My passion is to transform people and businesses. I developed an international career for more than 20 countries and four continents, embracing positions of high responsibility in large technology, consulting and telecommunications companies, as well as creating and accelerating high impact startups.
After almost two decades abroad, the dream of share all my know-how in Latin America brought me back to Chile. Here I support companies and institutions to advance in digital transformation, exponentially improving the efficiency of their processes, the engagement of its collaborators and the experience of their customers and users.

I was recognized by Vice and HPE as one of the Top18 Digital World Leaders to follow. I have been recognized by a number of institutions due to my though leadership and eminence.
My twitter feed is one of the most followed ones when it comes to digital transformation. I use Twitter to highlight industry changes as well as new research and links to my regular appearances on the digital conference circuit.

Throughout my career, I have been awarded with a number of recognitions including: INSEAD-Eli Lilly Innovation Award, President of the INSEAD Entrepreneurship Club, France Telecom's Andre Cloud Excellence Award, Fundacion Carolina / Spanish Government Excellence Scholarship, Mercator Foundation's 500 new young Chilean leaders, The JC Foundation Award for best students of 2000 graduating class, Ideas2K (Business Plan Competition) 3rd Place and a Honors scholarship from the Chilean Association of Banks and Financial Institutions.

I have worked in multinationals as IBM, Orange, TeliaSonera, Etisalat and Booz&Company (now Strategy& from PwC), and I have been an advisor for the OECD and UN mobile development programs.

I have delivered almost 200 conferences while gaining international recognition of well-known media and institutions including Forbes, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, among others.
I have collaborated in publishings from UN, OECD and INSEAD about mobility and innovation subjects through, and has largely authored in different media in the areas of digital, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Global Education & Entrepreneurship
I hold an MBA from INSEAD, a Master from La Salle and an Industrial Engineer degree from Adolfo Ibanez University.
I found three startups and two digital accelerators: the first ICT incubator in Saudi Arabia and the first 360 accelerator in the Middle East. I’m also a startup mentor (120+), angel investor (14) and I sit on the board of nine accelerators.
