A digital transformation leader, entrepreneur, startup mentor, innovator, author, international speaker, father of Cayetano and Borja, and Maria’s husband. I'm a senior executive with almost two decades of experience across America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Currently, I lead IBM’s Digital Transformation practice across Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Pakistan and I'm one of IBM leaders in Strategy and Experience. As IBM’s Digital Transformation Leader, I pool Strategy, Design and Digital to help IBM’s clients across industries and sectors to embrace digital to create new customer experiences, while reinventing and reimagining their processes, operations and employee engagement.
I'm a former professional DJ and now music composer which enjoy travelling and adventure sports as snowboard and diving. I live and operate out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I have been an advisor to the UN and OECD on mobility and innovation subjects through INSEAD, and has largely authored in the areas of digital, innovation and entrepreneurship.

I hold an MBA from INSEAD, a Masters from La Salle and an Industrial Engineer degree from Adolfo Ibanez.
I found three startups and two digital accelerators: the first ICT incubator in Saudi Arabia and the first 360 accelerator in the Middle East. I’m also a start-up mentor (120+), angel investor (14) and I sit on the board of nine accelerators.

Throughout my career, I have been awarded with a number of recognitions including: INSEAD-Eli Lilly Innovation Award, President of the INSEAD Entrepreneurship Club, France Telecom's Andre Cloud Excellence Award, Fundacion Carolina / Spanish Government Excellence Scholarship, Mercator Foundation's 500 new young Chilean leaders, The JC Foundation Award for best students of 2000 graduating class, Ideas2K (Business Plan Competition) 3rd Place and a Honors scholarship from the Chilean Association of Banks and Financial Institutions.
