About me

Digital transformation leader, entrepreneur, startup mentor, innovator, author & international speaker. Father of Cayetano and Borja, and husband of María.

My passion is transforming people and businesses. This has led me to build an international career spanning over 20 countries and four continents, taking on high-responsibility roles in major multinational technology, consulting, and telecommunications companies, as well as creating and accelerating high-impact startups.

After nearly two decades abroad, the dream of applying all my know-how in Latin America brought me back to Chile, where I support companies and institutions in advancing their digital transformation journey, exponentially improving process efficiency, employee engagement, and customer and user experience.

Global education and entrepreneur

I hold an MBA from INSEAD, a Master's in Project Management from La Salle, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

I have successfully founded and sold three startups and launched two digital business accelerators: the first ICT incubator in Saudi Arabia and the first 360 accelerator in the Middle East. Additionally, I have mentored over 120 companies, been an angel investor for 14, and am part of the board of 11 accelerators.

During my MBA, I was President of the INSEAD Entrepreneurs Club.
