DISRUPTION AND ACCELERATION: KNOW THE KEYS BEHIND SUCCESS ON THE DIGITAL ROAD

Key elements for the new and upcoming times. In this way, concepts could be defined that can mark a before and after within all types of organizations, and that are currently promoted by companies specialized in this matter.

The pandemic caused that in one year the digital transformation has accelerated the evolutionary pace of a large part of the industries in Chile and the world. However, this growth caused more problems than solutions, since most of the organizations in our country did not have such a structure. Thus, agrees Juan José De La Torre, CEO of Raven, who says "many of the companies in our country did not have a transformation plan, and what many of them began to do was invest in technology, but not in digital culture, which made this process much more cumbersome.”

The foregoing is supported by a study prepared by Randstand, which says that 80% of workers say that if they were to be 18 again, they would study a career related to the digital field or at least seek more training in said area. And this is because every time customers demand to live an experience with the brand and demand quick solutions, so companies cannot afford to have workers less informed or trained than their consumers.

This problem caused the national company Raven to create a new step within the technological transformation to deliver a more comprehensive solution, that is, "digital disruption". This concept is based on the startup model, who create scalable and unique solutions for specific problems. "We transfer the same methodology that they have to SMEs and large companies alike," comments Juan José De La Torre, CEO of the organization, who also points out that "this is basically building something else from scratch, to capitalize on new opportunities that are in the market and redesign the operation of the asset”.

Along these same lines, De La Torre, affirms that in Chile there is a lot of talent that has nothing to envy to that of other more developed countries, "We are currently exporting disruption and acceleration from Chile to recognized multinationals, delivering and identifying new avenues of growth and opportunities that can deliver greater value, development and a better experience to the end customer”.

With this, companies will be able to see the new opportunities for disruption and innovation that are often in front of them or often seem very distant, but not only be able to see them, but also be able to structure them, encapsulate them to go towards the conquest of his field.

This model has been so innovative that it has already been awarded by Chile Diseño , a non-profit organization that operates with the purpose of contributing to the design ecosystem in our country and that annually awards distinctions in different categories. In this edition, Raven won the Design Service and Experience award. "Our goal is for our country to become a worldwide example of being able to export technology that improves the user experience, and we are doing well along the same path, but companies need more daring," concludes Juan José De LaTorre, CEO of Raven
