JJ de la Torre Keynotes Future Tech Forum 2024 in Lima on Digital Disruption

Lima, Peru — JJ de la Torre took the stage at the Future Tech Forum 2024, hosted at the Cámara de Comercio de Lima, delivering a high-impact keynote to an audience of executives, entrepreneurs, and government leaders from across the region.

The Forum, one of Peru's premier technology leadership events, brought together hundreds of decision-makers to explore the intersection of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and organizational resilience. JJ was invited as the keynote speaker to set the strategic context for the entire day.

His talk, centered on the XFORM framework and the principles behind his book Transformation. Designed., challenged the audience to move beyond incremental improvement and embrace systemic redesign. "Transformation is not a project — it is a posture," JJ told attendees. "The organizations that will lead the next decade are those that design themselves to change."

Drawing on case studies from financial services, retail, and public sector organizations across Latin America and Europe, JJ outlined the four failure modes that derail most digital transformation efforts — and the design principles that separate organizations that adapt from those that stall.

The session generated extensive discussion during the open Q&A, with leaders pressing JJ on implementation challenges specific to the Peruvian and broader Andean market context.

The Future Tech Forum 2024 marked JJ's continued commitment to bringing world-class transformation thinking to Latin American business communities — a region he calls "one of the most exciting transformation frontiers in the world."
